I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off. it did take a few emails to Dolabuy to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete. i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!

I placed a custom order and it was the best! The gucci bags were shipped carefully wrapped, exactly what I asked for with no issues, and so fast! I love these bags and they're my go to for all my knitting projects. The quality is top notch and they're washable!!!! (this is good, because I'm outdoors a LOT) Cannot rave enough about these bags. They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. FedEx delivered it in a timely manner and it took just 2 weeks for the delivery of my package. Thank you for all the support and I will definitely be buying more bags soon!

Some time it takes longer then usually to arrive but it does arrive because I know they have no control on deliveries that all depends on FedEx or DHL or EMS who ever is delivering it. I bought a Chanel Classic Flap Bag in black caviar leather with silver hardware from DD. The bag arrived in about two weeks with full packaging. The bag is stunning. The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers. I compared it with my friend’s authentic bag and we couldn’t find any difference.
